Oil washing is an effective way to cleanse the face without upsetting your skin's natural balance.

HOW TO USE: Squeeze a nickel-sized amount of oil into palm of hand. Massage into face and neck for 1-2 minutes. Wet a wash cloth with warm to hot water (as warm as you can tolerate) and lay on face and neck for 5-7 seconds (you are essentially 'steam cleaning' your face). Repeat 2-3 times until oil is no longer visible. Wipe off excess oil if needed.
